I don't think she'll die because her only lover Dan said not to die so early. Or else that chapter is a waste when Dan saves her from Madara's Susano'o.
Even during Jiraiya's death, Jiraiya told her to bet that he'll die. And so he died.
Tsunade has still a long way to go. Because she is the only remaining elder who will see Naruto becoming Hokage. Don't you think?

Yeah, I totally agree. What Naruto needs now is some boss emo sad episode. Someone big has to die for the sake of good, I want to cry and then some bad characters dying, that would be fun. It will never happen but I love to imagine the faces of everyone when Tsunade, dying, crawls up behind Madara and kills him with one final blow, then dies too.
