This is a rare occurrence. People hate Sasuke, but I've never seen him be underrated. He's a strong Shinobi, and the majority of NB knows this, but they just don't like his actions.

Nobody hates on Sasuke, that I've seen. People talk bad about him, but that's because he almost killed Naruto so they despise him. Nobody can say he isn't one of the best in the series, if they do... Then they are in denial, or simply don't know what there saying. And either way he remains one the best.

Agreed because him and Naruto are rivals. If Sasuke is that much weaker, than it would look bad on Naruto
