Along with EMS Sasuke getting a speed boost?

As we've seen, Naruto is now a speed demon, with the Raikage probably being the only person capable of getting near to him in the 100 metre sprint.
Now Sasuke is going to fight Naruto as well all know, and will most likely be a battle when they've never been stronger.
Now Madara seemed capable of at least blocking attacks by the Raikage, and Sasuke will need his eyes and body to be capable of matching his elder clan maters speed to stand a chance against Naruto.
So my question to you is, do you think that he will also get a speed boost, caused by the EMS or say wrapping himself in the purple chakra he gives of when using Susano?

I dont mean speeds like Naruto can reach, I mean he reaches a level like Madara where he can at least block a punch and see it coming.

I don't think he'll need a speed boost. I think the EMS will allow him to keep up with Naruto's speed. Just like back in vanilla Naruto, as soon as Sasuke awakened the 3rd tomoe, he could read Naruto's moves easier.
