I plant my feet into the ground and look at the ground as i lower my hands in front of me. I then concentrate a dense amount of raiton chakra into my hand and more specifically my palm. As i condense it into a ball of lightning that creates chirping sounds called chidori. Once the chidori is formed i then picture senbon into my head. Senbon being a sharp needle type weapon used for precision targeting on the human body. I condense the already condensed chidori into a countless amount of senbon that carry the same properties as chidori . I control these senbon and have them target many vital areas. Such as the throat, stomach, heart, spinal cord, and other vital areas. None of which are more important in targeting than the wind pipe. Its an easy target for a senbon and can quickly despose of my opponent.

Well done. Especially because this is fast and can be spread out in a wide diameter (make sure you state this), it is a jutsu that can be used in a fairly fun manner. I believe it was actually utilized in the Sasuke VS Deidara fight, though I am not too sure.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Although it’s not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body.

Alright, for this next one, bring your hands together and begin concentrating Raiton Chakra into it. Build it up until you think you cannot handle it anymore. And then release your control of the Raiton Chakra at once to cause a huge explosion. Please remember to aim this move at a certain area as to not hurt yourself.

I move away from you and wildlife to prevent any harm. After doing so i bring both of my hands together and start focusing a large amount of chakra into them. Once completed i begin increasing the amount of chakra to where i can't control it. I then turn towards an open area and discharge the blast in front of me. Causing widespread damage throughout the area.

AND WILDLIFE LOL. xD
Well done. Remember that this is an AoE effect, so any time you find yourself in a sticky situation (such as trapped as earth), using this is an easy way to get out.

Now begin first by creating a chidori. Once you have done that, then send chakra through it once more to manipulate it into a blade. See if you can make the blade up to 10 meters long at least.

This is sharp spear i think .

I Reveal the sword of kusanagi from my back sheath. I point the sword forward as i begin to channel chidori chakra into it. Once its fulled with chidori chakra, i then force more through it and causes it to extend past the sword. Causing it to extend longer than the sword would originality allow it to. This justu is great in reaching targets that one would not be able to initially . And of course, you can protect the wildlife from longer distances xd

So now that you know how it works, how would you utilize it in a battle and especially against Earth?

In battle i would use it to chidori somebody from a longer range. As far as doton it could rip through it as most raiton justu can. It can also be used to neutralize blast release justus. As stated by Sasuke.

Begin by gather the wind around you and spin it around you...as you do so, also add lightning to this combo. Once the speed is great enough, release your vortex of wind from around yourself towards the trees before it in the form of a dragon. Proceed the destroy that entire section of forest.

I hate futon so much .

Sasuke moves towards the trees and tells the wildlife to clear out xd . He then backs away from the trees so he can direct his attack to it. Next he focuses his futon chakra around him in a spiraling motion, like a tornado so to speak . Once the wind is picking up speed, sasuke adds raiton chakra that is emitting around his body into the futon tornado . He then aims it toward the wildlife less trees and upon contact causes the area of trees to be destroyed . In battle i'd use this to attack multiple targets as well as distract my opponent.

xd i really do hate futon though. Its stupid .-. . And i'm on xbox right now talking to my friend joking around .. It keeps me up lol.

But the futon in this justu effects the ability to travel across the land faster. And its ability to have a slight edge over katon, which it wouldn't have otherwise.

Yes, it gives the dragon its shape, its speed, and also a lot of its power. Using this jutsu would have a devastating effect as it would also whip up a lot of its surroundings while traveling.

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of wind and electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will cover the area in front of them. Now, proceed to rush at my clone and deliver some kicks and punches to him, having the momentum drive you into the air.
Then, finish off with a Chidori by using the Ox handseal!

xd this guy is right . Sounds like i get to get some taijustu :zonder:

Sasuke rushes at your clone and opens up a can of whoop ass. He delievers punches kicks and even a few headbutts which in turn launches your clone and him into the air. While in the air sasuke quickly forms one handseal and creates a chidori, which he uses to slam my opponent into the ground killing your clone in this case . U_U

Okay, you get an F when it comes to the detail of your Taijutsu. LOL.
Look at an example of my own Taijutsu post and try again:

Because you created your clone at mid range, I am allowed a running start. I dash to your clone, making sure to place down my dominant foot upon the ground before I strike you with my left fist in a 90 degree angle directly beneath your chin, immediately following up with my right fist onto the base of your sternum, to knock you into the air.
Due to the impact of the move, you are suspended momentarily in the air as I overtake you by charging chakra into my feet to jump higher than your current position. My eyes are focused upon your groin (actually, that is what is shown in the video), slamming you down onto the ground with my left fist.
I withdraw four large shurikens and pin your body down at all four corners, then I allow the wind and my chakra to rotate me in a 360 manner, slamming into you as I complete the move, causing you to react to centripetal force and take heavy damage as you spin away from me.
