Well i'd use any means to get closer into a mid range/short range environment. At close/mid range, traveling to the ground shouldn't take too long. But for some odd reason i can't move into close range i'd have to divert his/her attention some how. Preferably smoke bombs , which for even a second could allow me to quickly preform this justu. Smoke bombs aren't OP as many other things in RP. But it could help me out in the situation pretty well.
Great point. Also, when you use this jutsu, it basically gives you control of the ground, as your opponent would do his best to try and avoid this jutsu. Spread it out as much as possible (be detailed) so that your opponent has to scramble to gain proper footing and counter attack you.
This also requires no handseals, like I may have said earlier, so can be done quickly and efficiently.
Again, keep range in mind.

First off by utilizing the the Tiger โ Dog โ Monkey โ Snake โ Boar โ Tiger handsigns in a completed order, i charge my chakra and then focus it to the area under your clone turning the surface of the ground into a body of water. I then take a quick stance and use the tiger handsign just to help open up my chakra points and allow them to flow different elements of chakra easier. Next i raise both of my hands in front of me, and focus flowing raiton chakra into them. I then release the built up raiton from my hands and into the water, and once again thanks to the conductive properties of the water, it conducts the electricity. Shocking the clone.
Now as far as zoning goes this is a great example. When i create a body of water under the opponent, first and foremost it isn't a 2 feet kiddy pool( xd ) . Its a body of water. And that along with the quick creation of the water itself would make it extremely difficult to predict what justu it is and get in the air . Should they get into the air its a body of water that can scale from short range to mid range. So its pretty large in size. I could create sharks in the water while i have an attack come from the air. The possibilities are endless when an opponent is sitting in the middle of a body of water.

I walk towards a tree and i start breathing in slowly. Having passed high school chemistry, i know how to differentiate between protons and electrons . By focusing and flowing chakra through my left arm i compress the raiton into pure protons . At the same in my right hand i flow raiton chakra into it as well, unlike before i make it it pure electrons, by compressing it once again. Differentiating between Protons and electrons is important because they both make up a key factor of the lightning element itself(I have no idea what else to say lol) Combing the two result in the creation of a neutron . A sub atomic particle with no charge.

haha chem was easy. Even though i passed it with a C. By combining the to together it would create a strong electrical force that's almost in-controllable . But when applying enough pressure and showing stability it turns into a deadly weapon. I could use to it attack, and parry attacks. And maybe throw it ? Not sure about the throwing part.
Does that girl have rinnengan ? Anyways , I'd thrust it towards the opponent. In the chest or stomach area. By the looks of it, it looks as if it does a lot of damage if used as a melee weapon ..

When electricity binds together, think of how a magnet works - it makes it hard to break it and also is a force to reckon with. By having an electrical force being charged within both your hands, you will be able to manipulate that very force into say, something like a whip.

xd Ok , well in that case i'd use it as a type of whip. Carrying it through the ground towards my opponent. And then use the properties of the justu to be able whip it around the opponent and have it act as a tornado .
Very good, it is somewhat like a Taijutsu and is able to reach extremely far. Say that your opponent began raising earth around you - this move can easily penetrate them (and can last a whole turn, by the way) as you are able to control the power from about mid range at your position. ^_^ Keep that in mind.

Proceed to charge up Lightning chakra into your hand and then form it into a hound.
Have that hound charge to my clone (while controlling it with a stream of Lightning attached to your hand) and attack him.
I focus my chakra into my right arm, after taking a strong stance to allow me to move quickly after the completion of the justu. I then have the chakra radiate around my arm and throughout my hand and i create a lightning hound that's attached by lightning to my hand. I then rush the clone and direct the hound to attack the clone.
