Alliance ninja having cloaks doesn't make any sense

How do they have cloaks again? Without Naruto's chakra(who is about to die), how is it possible? He is not there anymore to maintain the cloaks. We've seen before after the Tenpechi attack that it vanished the moment Naruto ran out of chakra. Now, not only he doesn't possess Kyubi anymore, but he is on the verge of death. Inconsistency?

The Kyuubi chakra is theirs to keep. Gai needs to fight off against Madara, 7th gate+Kyuubi cloak= domination. Kyuubi cloak Lee> Naruto (try me lol)

I was also going to call this into question,but as I stated in another thread calling out kishis mistakes this far in is pointless.

It was through Naruto they were given chakra, but slowly taken by Obito and the God Tree, and preserved by Tsunade and Sakura using her slug summon. Minato, I assume, is only able to sustain the Kyuubi for protection of debris.

Ah Bogard you're finally realizing I'm the Unbiased one. I don't say s*** unless I know or feel strongly about it. I would like to debate this with some seriously(No Kyuubi Naruto vs Kyuubi cloak Lee) I have no problem admitting I'm wrong unlike some people.
