What color is Naruto's hair?? A bright yellow right? HOW MANY OTHER CHARACTERS HAVE WE SEEN WITH THAT COLOR? Deidara, 4th, and Boruto. 3. THREE. I don't think I've seen a single fodder with literal yellow hair. My point? It's clearly not a dominant gene, yet it still managed to override Kushina Uzimaki's red hair. Nearly all Uzimaki have red hair, but if they bred with anyone else their hair should not be red so often. They're into full on incest.

Their black hair is dominant, so they didn't necessarily have to breed among each other to the extent the Uzimaki did. Fuk off with the passive aggressiveness.

Blond hair is probably a special clan trait. Deidara was called special by onoki and pain. Minato was called saviour by jiraiya and raikage. Orange hair is probably a combination of both or a totally different clan. The thread had a meaningful purpose but you accidently created it.
