Kakashi's susanoo has a weakness, yes. It involves intercepting his Kamui Shuriken with a solid object, however, by the time you figure that weakness out you'll already be gone. It's not like an opponents is going to randomly take their time (time that could be used escaping four giant shuriken hurdling after you) to pick up an object and throw at the Kamui Shuriken (not even knowing that it's going to warp it). Most likely they're going to try and tank it and be gone, or run and have it trail after them.

Besides, I believe (though the manga didn't show this because Kakashi didn't have enough time to display the powers of the Kamui Shuriken properly) that the Kamui Shuriken does warp anything it touches. But the powers of Kamui aren't limited to only warping, as the Shuriken should also have the power to phase (Obito's version of Kamui) through any object it doesn't want intercepting between it and it's target, as well as having the ability to trail after them via Kakashi's control.​

I was more talking about susanoos, kamui shurikens will shit on any other susanoo, devouring them as it did kaguya's jutsu.
