With the latest chapter, we have been shown who are the first kages and the second kages.
Except for not being told all their names, we now know all the appearances of the kages throughout the series (except the third Mizukage).
I have seen some people with incorrect lists of the shown kages with guards in this chapter (matching the kages with the wrong guards for example), so I wanted to make a correct list.
First Tsuchikage on the left and the first Raikage on the right.
The first Raikage we know nothing about, except his appearance.

First Kazekage and the first Mizukage on the left (he looks a bit like Poseidon imo =D).

The guards behind the first kages.
While you could match the wrong kage with the wrong guard in other chapter pages, this one is pretty clear.
The guy with the long black hair, who is guarding the first Mizukage, is someone we havent seen yet. He will not become the future second Mizukage. Because we already know who that will be.
Maybe the first Mizukage had one of the seven shinobi swordsmen from that time, with him, or this person will be the third Mizukage (or maybe Madara or Obito was the third Mizukage).
The rest of the first kages, who have a guard behind them, have a guard who will become the second kage of their village.
The unnamed shinobi(on the right) as guard for the first Raikage, he will become the second Raikage that we have seen before in flashbacks of the manga.The unnamed shinobi with the tattoo´s on his face (on the left), the guard of the first Kazekage. He will become the second Kazekage as we can see here.
Look at the distinct nose of the statue and the nose of the guard of the first Kazekage.
They are the same. One can also see a tatoo on the top of the head of the statue.
Muu as guard for the first Tsuchikage. He will be the second Tsuchikage. This one is obvious.
Tobirama as guard for Hashirama, Tobirama will become the second Hokage. Another obvious one.

The first Tsuchikage is possibly the first Tsuchikage who is from that Bee user clan, who is referred to in the fillers.
