yeah i do believe that all the dead people in the war will be revived.....As we have seen the power of rinnegan so that may be possible....It may be sasuke or naruto whoever will get the rinnegan later....Either of them will revive the dead people...

all that have died so far are fodder and maybe yamato i dont know if he died yet or not but no one note worthy has died yet probably wont either kishi for some reason keeps bring people back or not killing them at all

I think Yamato is still alive, since Tobi is using his chakra to make the Zetsu's stronger.
