2- he has a uchiha body that works with sharingans properly.
3- he live so many years and has a lot of information that even kages didn't know. HOW?
4- when he was hit by the forth rasengan, his flesh came out of his sleeve and didn't died. HOW?
5- He was hit by dark flames of itachi and ditn't died. How?
6- he know how to controll kubi? how?
7- Madara knows him!! how?
8- He wanta to destroy konoha
9- he have assisted to killed all uchiha clan

Why that damn OROCHIMARU was so obsesed to get a uchiha body when he joined akatsuki??

THE THEORY:

this tobi guy knows ((Soul transfer)) technic. He may have been some suual guy(out of uchiha clan) that transfer himself to uchiha clan body.
Then theory of him being and uchiha is off.

When orochimaru joined akatsuki he understood about him(with his spying) and wanted to have a uchiha body for his ((soul transfer)) technic.

also when he was hit by forth hokage, his flesh was exactly like orochimaru.
He didn't died by sasuke dark flames which we can explain by this theory.

but NOW the question is that WHO the hell he is:

ok let me try to fix his point i believe that tobi is obito he hides his face cause he dont want to be recognized by anyone from kohona i think he is most likely obito cause how else would he have obitos other eye if it had been infact crushed with his body under the boulder which would mean his special ability to phase into another dimention saved his life and then i think rin had died while he was recovering in a cave when kakashi was supposed to protect her and he lost faith in the world shortly after other wise why hide the face if your no one and why hide specifically against kakashi and guy unless they actually know him and although that doesnt prove he is tob it does say he is known by them. what also proves he is tobi to my understanding is because despite tobi being dead he is still a playable character in a bunch of games who would have more info into the manga than anyone else other wise why not add rin in as a character or narutos mother as well and i think its cause he is still alive.Also the way they were stressing that point how obito got crushed by a rock didn't rest well in my mind its almost like they were hinting it like this.OBIOT GOT CRUSHED BY A ROCK THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY FOR HIM TO BE TOBI CAUSE HE WAS CRUCHED BY A BOULDER COMPLETELY WINK WINK.Then i'm still thinking that's a bit too convienent additionally now that tobi said he was actually there when it happened makes me think it was his eye and thats how he knows and that a white zetsu probably found him or something and combined with his body or something how else does he get his limbs back on when he looses them like when they blow off and or get ripped off.I am hoping people think this as well and that i am not crazy in assuming this.That being said the next chapter should reveal the whole sad story along with obitos face if i'm right. i also don't believe he could have replaced the eye if it was crushed. Same way danzo crushed shisuis's the eye it was impossible to obtain then so it must be obito.Additionally if he was calling kakashi on not being afraid of some borrowed power i don't think it would have been said if it wasnt obito considdering it would have meant he did the exact same thing by taking the eye from him if it wasn't miraculously crushed as it would make him a hippocrite and would kinda remove all the points to his actions. Also it has ben mentioned before that he knows that rin died when he was talking to kakashi and said its better to have loved and lost then to not have loved at all or something like that which is oddly specific for a big supposedly evil person bent on revenge and taking over the world to care about the specifics of

Being obito is COMPLETELY off and i dont wanna discuss.

about his NEW body. His new body is young and i think it is shisui's BODY.

WHY Shisui gave his eyes to danzo and itachi???

i seriously doubt that shi shui just gave his eye to danzo. I think that it was already said in the manga that danzo attacked him for the eye or something like that also having one post has nothing to do with it not being true and if you read it there is more wrong with it not being obito than if he was actually obito.
