But be perfectly fine when the villains get nerfed.


That same "plot" you say that keeps "holding back" Naruto and Sasuke.

Is the same plot that's kept them alive thus far.


You know how bad Juubito was nerf lol? Or Madara? Or Pain? Or Kaguya?


How you fine with the villains being nerf, but upset when it's Naruto and Sasuke turn to be nerf.

Juubito's sword of Nunoboko was nerfed, though his defeat could've been genius if Kishimoto had incorporated the idea that the sword was the physical manifestation of one's will like the game did, which justifies everything that happened back there and makes it automatically awesome.

Madara was nerfed for the Black Zetsu backstab, true.

I...don't really see how Kaguya was nerfed. Sure, everything in the manga happened in a very convenient way so she could be defeated, but given her showcased abilities, I'd say her downfall was legit.

Nagato was nerfed to have been one shotted by Itachi's Totsuka, but Pain's defeat is the most legit villain sendoff in this whole manga.

That's because at that point she wasn't fighting to kill yet, she was trying to absorb their chakra. She only comes to the conclusion that she MUST kill Naruto and Sasuke much later when she realizes that yes, they are a real threat.

And yeah, that makes perfect sense given her character. Like I said, its only a very specific and convenient set of circumstances that allowed them to win that fight, but as far as her abilities are concerned, its all legit.

To be fair I have seen a number of threads that mention the nerf of said villains from time to time. The small handful (myself included) have made mention numerous times how Naruto and Sasuke would have been smashed by villains had they not been ha dicapped in some way.

But you aren't wrong. The majority of the hypocrites you speak of of mainly salty faps who just can't (or won't) except that their fav would have lost without said handicaps so yeah I agree.

At the time of him becoming Juubi Jin. Madara possesses his Rinnegan powers,sharingan powers,Hashirama powers and was the 10 tails jinchuriki. Yet he did absolutely nothing against them. Like he literally did not fight back.

Because the idea that he was such a threat without six path senjutsu, could easily overpower the 5 kages with edo tensei holding back his true strength, without his eyes he could blitz sagemode naruto and with 1 rinnegan he could solo all the bijuus but somehow the moment he infuses himself with the bijuus he somehow get's pressured by 8th gate gai then later somehow naruto/sasuke can compete with madara even thou the latter has the same shit as they do. logically I would assume madara's base feats (pre-rikudou) would stack with his his latest buff therefore still overpower naruto and sasuke but appearently that isn't the case unless kishi is trying to imply that narusasu were given more sage chakra than madara did or that all sage chakra users are the same level (but kaguya easily debunks that)
