I'm not sure when it was released as I just saw it this morning. You could probably look back a few pages in NDS and look for the "Chapter is Out" threads to see when it was first released.

I dunno what time it was release, can someone tell me? I went to bed early, and left my phone on to download some Manga, I woke up at like 2 and it was there, so I read the chapter and went back to sleep. Lol Did it come out around the time of the new episode?

It came out less than 3 hours after the new episode.
