Naruto's reserves and power canceled out sasukes strongest attack AND Sasuke had more bijuu power AND viz even translates Sasuke claiming he needed the bijuus chakra when Naruto brushed off Amaterasu. Naruto & Sasuke are equal in power. Sasuke needed the Bijuus chakra to overpower Naruto, which he did til the Kyuubi gave Naruto all the Natural Energy aboveground. NE is combined with the users chakra to create Senjutsu, which further powers them up.

So when Sasuke attained chakra from the Bijuus, the Kyuubi gave Naruto all the NE above ground which was used to create Senjutsu.

Later, while Sasuke was low on chakra, he said he needed the Bijuus chakra. He was talking about the Kyuubi's chakra that Naruto would have. He knew the Kyuubi was inside Naruto gathering & giving him chakra throughout the battle, cause Naruto was too busy fighting to do it himself, so he waited for the perfect oppurtunity to take the Kyuubi's chakra, which was when he was trying to give it to Naruto.

Naruto has chakra from all the Bijuu, aswell, plus one actually inside him helping. As i explained above, Sasuke attained chakra on his own Naruto did from the Kyuubi's assisstance. Logically, Sasuke was more impressive.

You kind of proved my point... He overpowered Naruto until Naruto got NE from kurama. So NE + Kurama Naruto = 9 bijuu Sasuke. Which the 9 bijuu is in no shape or form sasukes power. And he was not referring to kurama's power... He 100% was referring to his bijuu satellites.
