Naruto is workin his ass off 2 bring peace bt i beleive i have found the short cut for peace in the shinobi world. jst destroy Konoha once and for all, and then there will be peace upon the shinobi world. why? bcuz all most evil character come from konoha startin from Madara, Obito, Orochimaru, Sasuke (although i still lyk him), ... you name it, the list is long. so get rid of Konoha and there will be peace. the peace that Jiraiya and Pain has been lookin for ...

I couldn't understand half of the things you said. Before making theories, learn to spell. Also there will always be other villages that have evil shinobi, but the Narutoverse is based around Konoha and Naruto becoming the Kage of said village so it'll be pointless destroying it. If that happened, his dream, his friends, his future would crumble and turn to shit.
