But not the raw chakra needed to make a fraction of the size required to successfully seal Kaguya. This privilege is Naruto's alone. In theory, the sealing jutsu on Kaguya worked in two ways, 1) Immobilizes the target (Sakura had to jump in because neither Naruto nor Sasuke had the raw power needed to hold down Kaguya [they only managed to slow her down enough for a possible hit by Sakura, unlike Hagoromo and Hamura]) 2) The CT itself, Chakra is taken mainly from Naruto while Sasuke uses some to give form to the jutsu.

Whether or not this theory is correct, my point still stands: Sasuke does not have the raw power to take on Kaguya, hell he can't even beat Rikudo Madara with 2 Rinnegan (I mean when Madara got cut there were 2 things which actually led to him being cut i. Limited power and line of sight due to one eye ii. He was performing Kamui (I think he was at the moment) for the first time. Actually there's a third, he knew that he could regenerate his lower body so he 'didn't really care'.
