The Kages, low difficulty may I add. Muu and Onoki solo Sasuke. The 5 Hokages solo Madara. Naruto has little to no chance of soloing every Kazekage, every Mizukage, every Raikage plus the remaining Tschukage. No chance whatsoever.

Take out Hashirama and Naruto solos low difficulty. Other than that, since current Madara and Naruto are included, they easily trump Hashirama and solo the rest of the fodder kages in comparison. It'll probably take around 5 slashes from Perfect Susano'o or 2 bijuu damas.

If Madara gets preparation time he solos. He will most likely kill Naruto and Sasuke too. Madara doesn't know the meaning of allies.
