Either way I believe it would come down to the 3rd Raikage, Minato, and Tobirama all in a battle.

Minato can leave the battlefield w/ FTG, and come back when there's 1 person left. If Tobirama attempts the same trick, then Minato goes and kills him bc Minato > Tobirama.

The last person alive is going to be Muu...he can just erase his presence and hide the entire time. When Minato returns, he can turn on his sensing mode and find Muu. He has the speed to evade Jiinton.

I'd say 3rd Raikage may be the last man standing, but I honestly refuse to believe he can tank Jinton.

Mu: hide out most of battle and has best offense of all Kage

3 raikage: tank everyone's attacks... And has one of best offense

Gaara: (he'd turn terrain to desert) and someone will finish off the 3rd kazekage (after he solos minato lol) as well as 4th kazekage and Gaara would Intergrate gold dust and iron sand (iron is lighter then gold so he should be able to do it) making a deadlier defense also ability to fly and sense Mu/other characters. He has the most chakra out of all the Kage bar prob 3rd raikage (who I'm not sure of his chakra levels I kno his stamina) and maybe tobirama (senju not sure) he's most versatile and also he has best moveset for fighting multiple enemies
