This is just my opinion.

Threads like these:

isn't a good idea. Yes I know, the intention of the thread is good and that, but is it really effective in the way it is meant to be?

Example:

I came up with a very detailed Tobi theory thread. I don't want my hard work to go to waste, so what do I do? I post a new thread so all eyes can be directed to my specific theory only.

People post new Tobi threads despite the stickied thread mentioned above because (Just estimating) they don't want there theories looked past and ignored...something like that.

-When someone wants to get noticed (this case Tobi Threads), they don't walk into a crowd (The stickied thread).

I know how you feel man. I made a thread about this a few months back. But I guess there is nothing they can really do about it.

It's a good concept with horrible execution because a lot of threads get lost. But I guess it's not as easy as I think it is. I did propose a subsection within the thread so you can find your original one, or an indicator of each different thread, that way nothing is completely lost.

Well, there are good points of this thread kind though. Firstly, it gets more organized and doesn't spam the section, secondly with a all-in-one thread, you globally reunites all possibilities, which is good because there's a complete coverage over the issue; not just on one theory.

But, I agree that for theories, it may get tedious though. But for something like a Discussion/Debate over a particular topic, I think it's perfect. See my for example. We get to cover all discussions and it's very clean and noble. Moreover, if one day, you decide to read most of the pages (it'll take time though :p), it gets pretty interesting. The same goes for the theories but as I said, theories are more complicated issue, because they are more limitless compared to a discussion like 'What is your take on "blah blah blah".

So, to me, it's a good idea but just more difficultly applicable to theories. My advice: save the Post link where you post a theory in an All-in-one thread in the ' ' section. So that you get a backup of your theory always, whatsoever.
