It looks like Kaguya was a part of the Shinju afterall,and that she fought her sons as I explained in this theory I made:

I also made a theory about Kaguya being the Shinju's will and her plan is to absorb all chakra as shown in this link:

Both of those ended up coming true in some way so I made two predictions that came true at the same time.

Sigh... people are super confused about this. Kaguya and Shinju were two separate beings. But what the Ten-Tails is (the beast form) is actually a merger of the Shinju (tree) and Kaguya. So they became one somehow.
