The winner of a "free for all" is not always the strongest participant.
You people do realize that in any "free for all" the combatants form temporary truces to take out the #1. In this case it'd be Hashirama.
If you step back and take a clean look at it, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Minato, and Tsunade wouldn't be stupid enough to worry about each other when Hashirama is on the field looking for blood. They'd gang on up him to take him out of the picture and then get on with it. Unless Hashirama is strong enough to take out the combined force of Tobirama, Hiruzen in his prime, Minato, and Tsunade, then he won't win.
Fukasaku told Naruto that only those with extremely large chakra reserves (like Jiraiya and Naruto) have the chakra that it takes to balance the massive influx of natural energy. Unless there's ever been any reference to Minato having such large chakra reserves, it's meaningless to talk about Minato and Sage Mode
Only a select few are capable of learning SM.

It's doubtful that Minato had Sage Mode. It's doubtful that he'd have been qualified to even learn Sage Mode.

Hashirama wins with the flower tree world, combined with genjutsu of darkness and wood clones.
I can't say Hiruzen based on hype alone, in this situation Hiruzen can only track by scent and using his nose will be his downfall as he will fall victim to the pollen.
Minato can't track Hashirama here with wood clones present, he'll put his finger on the ground and find 30 people instead of one. He may track the flowers with the whole finger on the ground and destroy them with Gamabunta but that's as far as he goes. Unless he can summon the Toad Sages(though he's met them as Pa knew how Minato looked but we don't know if he could summon them), he's done for, only option is teleport far far away.

The current Kages are fighting Madara Uchiha, who admits he lost to Hashirama, and getting owned all at once.
Madara has said that the current ninja's abilities are far from on par with Hasirama who could create a forest of attacking roots and regenerate at a speed much greater than that of Tsunades... plus the other hundreds of techniques that we know nothing of.
No matter who we like better the First Hokage has this in the bag even if it was all vs him
