Ill start of with Sound village ( not techniqly a village though)
The only thing sound village was bad for was its leader was orichimamu and they tried to take sasuke.
Uzushiogakure: Not much is known but how did the whole village die - just how?

Earth village/Iwakugugure :They are traitors.They also were the MAIN Enemy of the 3rd shinobi world war.Other then that they seem ok
Mist village/Kirigakure: They have the seven ninja swordsmen. Some of them are missing nins.And the bloody mist tradition is too bad. Lots of people would die at such a young young age. That is why mist village is a bad village to live in ( not anymore though i think)
Hidden sand /Sunakagure : They had lots of fights with earth village. They also allied themselves with sound village ( orichimamu village) and tried to anbush konaha. They also had fights with Konaha .Sasori left the village and became unfamous .
Leaf village/Konaha: They are simply good . Hashmira senju wanted peace and shared the tailed beasts .But its not what they did its what happens or happend in the village . Some notable events are Nine tails attack (infamous one the most) , Uchiha clan massacare leaving a 6 year old to go emo and is the way he is now and konaha is also enimes of the other villages. Most people leave here to go akustki or become missing nins. Example : Tobi ( if he is Izuna,kagami or elder), orichimamu. Itachi doesent count since he was kinda spying and was a good guy.
Kumokagure/Cloud village : The most bad village ever. They are greedy. They send silver and gold brothers to capture 9 tails -failed though.Next they sent people to kidnapp Kushina ( 9 tails 2nd jinjuriku). A few years later they kidnapped hinata Hyukga resulting neji's dad to be killed.

They are also arrogent ( A is claiming no1 defected them who knows tobi can be a kumo ninja?) and karui beating naruto for whatever reason. The only people good are Bee and darui and omoi.
