I think Akatsuki would win by a small margin. I mean Hidan and Kakuzu are practically immortal. Kakashi and Shikamaru had difficulties beating both of them together. Plus I'm thinking that after awhile, Kakashi's just going to get tired. With that many enemies, I don't think he'll be able to keep up for very long. Naruto and Bee could provide some leverage but Akatsuki's main job is to capture the Jinchuuriki so I still don't think it would be a fair match.

Akatsuki. Kakashi couldn't even take on Kakuzu on his own, that would leave Naruto to do most of the work, and I don't think Naruto is going to have much luck against Itachi, Kisame, Tobi, Deidara, Orochimaru, Nagato, Konan, Zetsu, Sasori and Hidan. The outcome of this battle is obvious.

1v1 yes naruto can wipe out all Akatsuki but since this isnt a 1v1 I added Kakashi guy and shiki for help its not much help but I believe with all 4 of them they can take out all of the akatsuki
