Well according to Sakura, healing from a sea of acid is nothing for a regeneration user. I'd say with Byakugou activated, they can survive all the acid based attacks that aren't capable of instantly melting their bodies ( ex. Katsuyu's acid )

As for the lava, well they obviously aren't tanking it.

They survive as long as they don't get full, constant exposure and while Byakugo lasts.

That 'tiny' portion of acid completely burned through her armor and skin at an instant.

I beg to differ, Madara fire feat should be proof enough.

His arm was missing and no where to be found.
But I meant when Tsunade tanked the fire.
It hit her but she deflected it and had the same injury as sakura
