The ways to beat Kamui are with clones, Kamui itself, a tech that can outlast his 5 minutes of Kamui, or another S/T Ninjutsu, and feints. Madara has none of the above while alive so its going to be extremely difficult for him to land a hit on Obito. If he can't even hit him. How is he going to beat him? I'd gladly like to hear an explanation.

It isn't bad. Just not sufficient to hit a guy in a Mountain Sized Susanoo.

Madara obliterates his Katon with Gōka Messhitsu, Gōka Mekkyaku and Ryūen Hōka, easily. Amaterasu can't even pierce Gōka Messhitsu, stop yes, but overcome it not even in the slightest.
