There are many stronger than him but with latest feats only 2-3 remains those who can hold their grounds against him...
Can't say for sure about Hashirama and Madara... Naruto and Kauto got no chance of evading him...

yup, he won't get rated though because of the morons who confuse power with strength. by these people's logic, sakura would be ranked really high. meteors and tailed beast bombs and all that are very nice, but a kunai to the face works just as well for the most part, unless they're people like orochimaru or kisame who just don't die. and even then, he might have some seals which would prove useful. the fact is that once minato lands a single touch, the battle is as good as over.
