Partner method is useless against Genjutsu on Itachi's level Kakashi already explained this. Clones Naruto is the master of clones yet everytime him and Itachi met he got caught in Genjutsu. Kai release is useless against Tsukuyomi which is nearly instant. Quit trying to give Kushina these false feats.
