The Rinnegan grants the user Mastery over all 5 elements . Something that both Madara And Rikoudu possess. It also grants them the 6 paths ability , again , they both possess it . Madara possesses Sage mode + Wood release + Perfect Susano'o + Uchiha Only Techniques ( Uchiha Geishi ) . We don't know much about the Rikoudu , but me question is , why didn't he destroy the Juubi , instead he sealed it in his own body unless he intended to give the world it's chakra. Alive Madara can surely destroy the Juubi(NO FANBOYSM) Tangai Shinsei to summon 2 meteors , while he elevates in the air to avoid the impact , can use Wood Release : Wood dragon and Wood Release : Wood Human Jutsu , then he Binds the Juubi With the Wood Dragon and Wood Human , uses perfect susano'o to decapitate it . Or Hashiram's Gate of the great Gods Jutsu to Pin it down and decapitate it. Hagoromo probably gained the ability to nullify all ninjutsu after he sealed the Juubi in himself. The creation of all things jutsu might be the only thing giving him an edge. Oh and by the way , Alive Madara has shown to possess enormous chakra reserves . His Own + Hashirama's cells + Sage mode , so he might be able to use moon size Chibaku tensei.
