Their striking speed is not the same. Sasuke would have an easier time dodging Juubi Jin Obito's attack without losing an arm.

Yea I know that, the healing factor and “armor” are things I’m pretty sure op assumed wouldn’t be included, im pretty sure we’re literally talking about weapon, taijutsu, and s/t fight. That being said, i don’t see minato relying on his actual speed all that much at all against another known speedster, they’d be warping around the whole time. Sasukes base speed should be higher than minatos, this is adult sauce, his reaction speed and reflexes should be quite a bit higher than minatos as well. Lastly, the poor dude died before he even hit his prime, so unfortunately he’s at where he’s at, and out of s/t I just don’t think minato can stand up to adult sasuke at all, especially with the limits given. I didn’t read the op completely so I also don’t know if sasukes cooldown is included, and we’re also not even sure if adult sauce canonically even has a cooldown for ameno(its shown needing a cooldown for dimension hopping as an adult, but not ameno yet)
