Alisha is a slim female of above-average height, with skin a shade darker than pale, and vengeful dark eyes. The disgraced Uchiha has a lithe and graceful body with long, elegant hands covered in symbolic tattoos, well as harboring a hue of hair the night sky could only be envious of. She is often seen with her face concealed as so not to draw unbecoming attention to herself, much rather preferring a mysterious veil of presence. After all, the cruelest intentions are often hid within silence.
Personality
Alisha is a unique specimen, both headstrong, and collected. She spends her time in solitaire, ignorant to the notion known as friendship due to past events in her life that can never be forgiven, or forgotten. Solitude has molded Alisha into the woman she is today, quiet, and cunning, never one to underestimate the denizens of the five great nations.

Background Information
"F-Father!" A young Alisha called out to the only man she'd ever looked up to, the only person in this very world she wanted to impress.
"Do not," his voice trailed in the silence. "Call me father, you are a disgrace to the strongest, and most prestigious clan in Konoha! An Uchiha! A daughter, from my own seed, unable to awaken the Sharingan?! I won't settle for this embarrassment!" Her father's voice radiated with rage, as a hand struck her face.
He continued. "Madara, Izuna, Fugaku, Shisui, Itachi, Sasuke... And even Sarada for Kami sake! A half-breed Uchiha was capable of awakening the Sharingan before you, and she's several years younger!" Alisha's fathered lectured cruelly, bringing his hand to her face once more, as tears streamed from her midnight eyes.
"Please..." She cried, in efforts of mercy, and forgiveness. "F—"
Another strike of rage found her, crippling her to the ground in fearful submission.
"I'd never raise filth like you, you're an embarrassment, a curse to the name Uchiha." The man spat in her direction, unsheathing a kunai from his many weaponry pouches. Alisha's eyes went wide, was her father going to be her killer? The one to grant her an untimely death?! She panicked, her mouth agape, fighting to utter words of mercy.
"F-F—," her words slurred, as her father approached, grabbing her by the throat. All she could remember were his final words, and then the world faded.
"Silence, Anathema."

Alisha awoke in beads of sweat, panicking as her head swiveled in multiple directions before coming to conclusion it was merely a nightmare of her past. A hand touched her mouth, remembering that fateful night, a night she would never forget; the night her father took something from her, something she valued significantly. Her voice.
She'd remembered the small pond of blood, the blood she had cried in, as she held her severed tongue in her palms, her father laughing maniacally, screaming immediate demands of residential removal. She'd no where to go, she'd no one to trust, she...
Alisha smothered the malign thought, this wasn't the time to lose herself in the past, she'd focus on her future. That was three years ago, now, she'd been an honorary soldier in the Land of Iron's military force; a bonafide samurai. Induction into the force was difficult, especially without the aid of speech, but she managed.
She could still remember the first month of training they'd put the new recruits through, tasking them with dozens of rigorous jobs both mental, and physical. Her squadron leader had seen how fierce, nimble, and overall out of the box she'd been, proposing instead of a front-lines fighter, she'd much better serve as a coverts operative, taking on missions from the shadows in efforts to further the Land of Iron's significance.
And today. Just happened to be that day.
