Alien in Narutoverse??

Ok, In Manga 670 page 70
Naruto asked Hagomoro if he was an alien, and I have never seen an episode of Naruto which shows aliens attacking ninja, something you have never seen/felt/tasted/sensed etc, how do you know of it, so how exactly does Naruto know about aliens and since Hagomoro understood what he was saying ,he must know too what an alien is, so did an alien attack him or something?, Is going to be showed in the latest mangas?,or is the juubi an alien? Or will the final bad guy be an alien, please let me know your opinion

I thought it was relating to some mythology of aliens giving us knowledge and stuff.

it would be seriously weird though if he was an alien, well itd just be so surprising with no previous hint.
