once the user has fully trained wit the weights his speed will remain the as before he under went the weight trainin but his strenght will increase drasticaly. to deactive the seal, the user will do a simple tiger and the finnjutsu seals will deactive, givin the user superhuman speed but his strenght will decrease (+20 wit seal -15 wit out seal).
this finnjutsu will allow the user to successfully preform the time manupilation jutsu jutsu. this finnjutsu can be activated and deactivated any time the user desire.
*if the user desire to teach it to some1, the student will have to wait for a month or more to get the super human speed. but the students speed will decrease abit and in time he will regain it, plus the strenght*

this jutsu can be used as a combination jutsu, allowin the user to attack the target at close range. note this jutsu does not slow down the target but the target will feel that he cannot move but b4 he can cancel the genjutsu the user will appear next to him, preformin the next attack. this jutsu will after next jutsu/ attack is preformed.
this jutsu wont work for uchiha members wit 3 tome and ems

Abilities:

* Gives +20 damage to every katon jutsu of the user
* Katon jutsu's of the opponent loose -10 damage
* Both daggers can be infused with katon-based chakra. As a result the daggers emit fire (which don't hurt the user) that shape the two daggers into two sabres made out of fire which can burn the opponent severely when struck with it.

i used time jutsu after the ke blast >_> inorder to use that scroll jutsu u need to be in mid range. so when the time jutsu takes effect, i would be at half way or abit more close to u >_> so when u bit your lip and get your self out of the genjutsu, i would be right infront of u hitting u in the chest wit my taijutsu move

i used time jutsu after the ke blast >_> inorder to use that scroll jutsu u need to be in mid range. so when the time jutsu takes effect, i would be at half way or abit more close to u >_> so when u bit your lip and get your self out of the genjutsu, i would be right infront of u hitting u in the chest wit my taijutsu move

Than take my move in this way , I stopped performing the scroll jutsu , and just turned air as soon as i get out of genjutsu , since the description esp. says that you would be near me when i am out of genjutsu ( see the description ) ,

and I will start turning air for the point which is close to impact and we can safely assume that my moves are valid )

and even I get hit by the jutsu and I turn air i wont face the after impact of the jutsu but thats the condition If i get hit and even than my moves are valid
