i activate my 3 tomoe sharingan
so i will start with
NAME : katon : amatsu soroi katon : heavenly suit of Fire

damage: n/a
description: user summons a heavenly suit of fire on his body by summoning jutsu ( not animal summoning ) then he charges the suit with fire chakra for 2 turns . after charging all of users fire jutsu's damage increases by 30.
NOTE: the suit only lasts for 3 turns
NOTE: can be used 2 times in a battle
NOTE: after using suit for 2 times user dies
Katon: uchiki nekki ) Fire style: Reserve heat

(Doton: Dochuu Eigyo) - Earth Style: Underground Fish Projection ( DONE )

2) As its uses to much fire chakra it hurts user's hand by 40

read the ( Lighting Body Flicker Skill ) Description you have too fire off a lighting to the location where you want too appear but your underground so hiting your desired position cant be done soo you cant avoid the fire attack so you get burned to a crisp by my fire attack.so teh fight is over and good luck next time ^^

U_U !! when we use uderground fish projection we dont hav to say when we came up .. and i did say i went down to avoid kirin if u were going to use it .. since u didn't used it i came up b4 ur undergound fire jutsu .. and i avoided with great speed .. and i said i use lighting body flicker and came very close so that means i fired a bolt near u !! ..

im not in the mood too argue whit you so just take the jutsu >_>but next time learn too post the right way by explening you every move*for exple comeing out of the earth and ps your jutsu Does not increase the user?s movement speed or the speed of attacks that require handseals so i was waiting whit a finsihed kirin all i had too do is to reales my hand down and the kirin would have stricken you down and your jutsu might be faster but you would have died before you lighting would have reached your desired position -__-

Ok this is what I found.
1:We already debate in an other fight of the right way to use this lightning move (lighting body flicker), and u have to shoot the lightning in the sky and the bolt will come down where the user want to lend.
This jutsu is too unclear. We don't even know if the user will travel with the lightning or will appear where the lightning will hit.
2: The second error I notice is the move Naruto.. made to avoid Ali's overheat.
In Ali's move, it is said that the jutsu is affecting the hole (almost) area. So by using a wind transformation jutsu, u place urself in the worst possible scenario since u will completely consume urself, wind<fire...
Due to the blurry description of the lightning body flicker, I call this match non-valid. If his jutsu work, Naruto.. is dead. But on the other side, if ali is transported when the lightning strike the ground then he will be hit by the kirin.
