Looks
Alex wears leather jackets or denim jackets and under these he wears polo-shirts, t-shirts and normal button shirts. He most frequently wears black skinny jeans with black boots but the jeans and boots can vary in colour. On warm and sunny days he would wear aviator sunglasses so that his ability to fight won't be affected by the sun. His hairstyle is very similar to that of a greaser. It is pulled back on both sides but the front is allowed to fall down like a quiff.
Personality
Long story short, Alex can be described as a smooth person that has a very interesting way with words. This is all reinforced by his young Sheffield accent comparable to no other in Yukigakure. It made him stand out as one of a kind in the village.

Background InfoHistory:
Alex grew up in Yukigakure practicing his kekkei genkai/hidden ability ice release under his Father who was very strict. He didn't like the fact that as Alex grew up he began to slack off on his training, he began to spend most of his time partying and sleeping around with girls from the village. He was always good about not letting any of his girls find out. But his Father knew and he hated the fact that even though Alex was able to go out party and have a good time all of his training just came naturally to him. It bothered his Father because when he was younger he had to actually work for his ability and prowess.
His Father didn't have to do anything though, eventually everyone slips up. Alex was caught kissing another girl by three of his other girls and that didn't turn out to be his best night. He ended up being chased out of the village by al of them and he spent the entire night hiding while they looked from him. Then at the break of dawn he woke up and had absolutely no idea where he was. All he remembered was running in the one direction and trying to make the least amount of noise as possible unless he wanted to be pounced on by an angry cat.
He was surrounded by trees and he supposed the threat had disappeared but he felt the back of his head and came across a large bump then he remembered the words: "One for the road... a**hole" After remembering one of the girls say that to him (the names were always fuzzy to him) he decided to lay low for a while and that's when more both fell upon him. He felt the cold blade of a kunai being pressed up against his throat so he froze still.
"What are you doing in this forest?" the woman said.
"To be honest with ya, runnin' from a couple of birds."
"Don't be smart with me, you must be a spy. You're coming back with me to the village."
"Which village, love?"
"LOVE!" The woman screamed in Alex's ear and thumped him on the back of the head, inconveniently for him, right on the spot where the other girl hit him. The last thing he remembers thinking before being knocked out again is: "I really need to settle down, can't be havin' this..."
