I have never sipped alchohol or done any sort of drugs in my life. So I can't really say for those things, but I do however, smoke, which I'm addicted to and find it hard to quit. But I have cut down a lot, tho.

Actual alcoholism is probably harder to quit/recover from than cigarette addiction. However, in general cigarettes are more addictive.

dependss on the person i had family members quit smoking cold turkey after 20+ years because of health issues
i quit smoking about 5 times already and end up getting back on it. I would go with smoking due to personal experience

So I've heard, I just can't into drinkin, I have never tried, and the thing is, I wouldn't be smoking either since I used to hang out with let's say "bad friends" lmao, who got me into smoking in the first place.

Grandfather was a heavy smoker: Died at age 97

Dad is also a heavy smoker: Is 41 and hella huge, smokes alot, is fine.

I think I just might be able to live long ʕ ͡•ᴥ ͡• ʔ
You still have a chance to see your grand kids. I suggest you check into the latest rehabilitation center you can find. Good-luck.
