Younger Years...
Not much is known about the young Albert Wesker's past. All we have gathered is that he spent his child hood and most of his adolescence surrounded by the walls of Konohagakure. His talent was noticed by many of the village officials while he was at the ripe young age of eight. He then disappeared from the files for some time. Most likely the village officials took an interest in him and seeing as his Mother and Father were both higher ups. He must have been taken somewhere. He may have been used by Konoha's higher ups because of his intelligence.
ENTRY #079
20 Years Later...
Albert Wesker popped back up again in the ninja world... After having become a blank mark that was slowly fading his notoriety started to slowly increase. He returned to Konoha with no questions asked whatsoever so this would lead me to believe that the officials had a hand in whatever happened during that twenty year gap in his life. However due to recent information we have gathered... We know a little more about the events that took place during this mysterious gap. A new Clan of people started to appear during the gap in Wesker's life, we believe that they have some sort of connection with Wesker now and their intentions are not filled with an abundance of good will. After having sent some of our men to investigate some of the supposed men that belongs to the Clan we heard the ghostly name... Wesker.
The men we sent to investigate are now classified as K.I.A but they did manage to get the information back to us. We are beginning to lay off of this new Clan now so that our foot print upon their name can slowly be erased. At this stage now, through sheer assumptions, we have come to the conclusion that Albert Wesker of Konoha has joined the Nekura Clan. However we do not understand why the Konohagakure officials would want him to join this dangerous clan. Is it to gain power? Is it to have some sort of hold over the clan? These are unlikely... More will become uncovered as we look into Wesker. We have been trying but so far all of the men we have sent to tail him have been Killed In Action.

Alpha Team...
We have retrieved minute amounts of information about Albert Wesker after a very long time. All other information does not need to be mentioned because of its irrelevance but we now have more faces to work with. He seems to have formed some sort of team within Konohagakure. We have named them Alpha Team for now until we find out their real name. Name have been gathered and we now have all of their names. Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine and Barry Burton. Do they have connections with the Nekura Clan? We are unsure but it is unlikely because we have done our research and have found out that all three have been born and raised in Konohagakure. But anything is possible in this world.

Water being Wesker's first element, Wesker is extremely proficient in it. He can perform all of the water jutsu with one handseal.
Earth Release
After taking a liking to the earth element Wesker studied it and learned each technique intently. As a result of this training he is now able to perform all of the earth jutsu faster than normal shinobi.
