Background:
Albel was born in Konohagakure during the third ninja war. He grew up in a very strict household where he was trained by his father non stop day and night. His father wanted him to become a very strong ninja who would never fail a mission he would be given or to never show any type of mercy to anyone.

When Albel hit fifteen he was promoted to Jounin rank. He exceeded everyone in his class and he flew through both genin and chuunin. He completed every mission he was given without any trouble and they were always finished in a short amount of time. This made his father very proud that his son was becoming a truely great ninja just like him. A few days after he was promoted to Jounin Albel was given a S rank mission and he accepted it without hesitation. The mission he was given was to go and assassinate a group of mist ninjas before they could attack the his village.When his team made it to their destination they carefully planned out their attack, but what he didn't know was that one of his own teammates was actually a spy for the mist village and that he was reporting everything they were planning to the ninjas who were about to attack the village. As soon as Albel and his team were about to move in for the assassination the mist ninjas came out from behind them and surrounded them in a blink of an eye. Albel had no clue on how they knew they were here until he saw one of his teammates jump over next to one of the mist ninjas. As soon as that happened he then realized that he was a spy and that he gave away their postion to the enemy. That set him off and made him lose it and then the battle between Albels small group and the mist ninjas began. As the battle grew on only a few of the mist ninjas were killed to where as all of Albels teammates were. The enemy had planted traps throughout the area and knew too much about his group which put them at a huge disavantage. Albel had no choice but to retreat back to the village and tell them what had happen.

After hearing that Albel had failed his mission even though it wasn't his fault, his father was completely furious and embarrased. His father couldn't stand what had happened and confronted Albel. He told him he must atone for his failure by fighting his father in an all out battle. Albel couldn't believe what he was hearing. His own father telling him he has to fight him just because of one failed mission. He just couldn't do it, he looked up to him and he just could not bare it to fight his old man.The old man was furious that his son would not fight him so he used a fire jutsu on Albel. He didn't have time to dodge the jutsu so all he could do was try to block it with his left arm. As a result, Albel's left arm was severely burned. A few weeks later his father died of a rare disease. Regardless, Albel is socially inept; he speaks little, and that which he says is often derogatory or threatening in nature, and he often refers to others as "maggots," "worms," and "fools."

Albel has since worn a clawed gauntlet over his wounded and scarred arm. He prefers to take no prisoners and leave no survivors in battle, a lack of mercy that perhaps explains his nickname of "the Wicked."

Ok I'll fix that part but why can't there be dragon summonings when they can use jutsus that look like dragons? Lets not forget Dei made a C2 dragon from his clay, so they obviously know what dragons are.
