Team 1 wins. Orochimaru gets taken out quickly with Genjutsu which half of Team 1 are good at. Konan gets taken out with Amaterasu. Kakuzu's Large AoE Jutsu decimate all of Sasori's puppets (Bar 3rd Kazekage). Sasuke and Kakuzu both have Raiton which is the perfect counter to Deidara's clay bombs and three characters on Team 1 can see through C4. Just like that, Team 2 is down to two people. Kabuto's White Rage would paralyze his own teammates, the location makes Muki Tensei irrelevant as well. Susanoo takes the majority of the blow of Deva Path (as shown against Danzo, it has quiet the resistance) and catches anyone else who gets flung back (Obito can simply phase so any damage he would have suffered from tumbling down against the ground is null). Asura Path gets tanked by Susanoo, Domu, phased through by Obito, Kisame should be durable enough to tank them and heal any damage via Samehada. Every single Animal Path summon either gets sealed via Totsuka blade or burned down to the ground via Enton~Amaterasu. Human Path is a Non-Factor against anyone bar maybe Hidan. Meanwhile, Team 1 only need to get a drop of blood from either Nagato or Kabuto and give it to Hidan and its GG. Sasuke can neutralize Kabuto's hydrification via Raiton and then Kabuto gets evaporated but Katon which everyone bar Hidan have on Team 1 or sealed Via Totsuka blade. Nagato gets gang raped last.

I don't see how Team 2 can possibly win.
