This is a very complex and difficult issue in a short text to explain, but I'll try.
Chakras (literally translated "wheel" are called) are energy fields in and around your body. If you look at the picture below, you will see that we have with our kind of pillar in the 7 balls. These bulbs are the main Chakras. The first is the base Chakra, the second the sacral chakra, the third the solar plexus chakra, heart chakra of the fourth, the fifth-throat chakra, the sixth-the third eye chakra, the seventh and the crown - Chakra.
The Chakras are also called lotus flowers. Like flowers can Chakras open and close
