Can I give the smart ass answer?

Well,our Kekkei Genkai is named Sharingan and is a Dojutsu.When activated,it makes our eyes crimson red and depending on the level of the sharingan,up to three tomoes will appear in it.In order to activate it(unlike the dojutsu Byakugan,which is activated in birth,Uchihas must awaken their sharingan),the user will have to go through a lot of stress or be in a near-death situation,which will trigger the sharingan.The levels of sharingan are various,being the first stage the weakest.This stage is called one tomoe sharingan and looks like this:

The powers of this stage are very limited compared to the other stages but it still grants the user some interesting abilities.Like every other Dojutsu, the sharingan can see chakra,but not to the same extent as the Byakugan.Being the weakest stage,it grants a very weak version of this ability.The sharingan also makes the user see things in slow-motion and depending on the rank of the sharingan,it can even track down the speed of gates.
Then there is the two-tomoe sharingan and it looks like this:

This version is more powerful than the one-tomoe sharingan and it levels up it's abilities,now being able to track greater speeds and even copy different jutsus by just seeing them once.
Then there is the last and more powerful tomoed stage of sharingan,the three-tomoe sharingan and it looks like this:

Gives the user the ability to not only see fast-speed movement but even predict what the opponent will do,however even though it may catch up to said speed,it doesn't mean the user will have the needed speed to avoid the hit.It also grants the user the ability to induce in the opponent a kind of hypnosis/genjutsu by mare eye contact, making the opponent suspetible to an attack or even make them attack their own comrades.

The sharingan also allows the user to see through genjutsu and different chakra forms.The sharingan also allows gives the user one very strong and powerful ability named Izanagi,which allows the user to twist the reality but at a high cost; the eye used for Izanagi will close and will never open again.
The sharingan also has a limit on the level of jutsus it can copy,being A-ranks as far as it can copy.
The sharingan,like any other Dojutsu,can be transplanted into another being,regardless of his clan.Even though they can train their sharingan,it'll never have the same power as one that belongs to an Uchiha.The sharingan, in people that are not uchihas, drain huge amounts of chakra,forcing them to cover their eye when not fighting.
There is also a special form of sharingan,called Mangekyou Sharingan,which is only achieved by killing a close person to the user or by feeling that same loss.The Mangekyou sharingan looks different in each person.This new form will grant the user unimaginable power and abilities,such as amaterasu(which burns anything the user sees),Tsukyomi(which puts in a deadly and unescapable genjutsu anything the user sees) and Susanno(which creates a being capable of protecting and attacking).However,with each use, the sight will deteriorate until it ends up with the blindness of the user.In order to avoid this,the user can steal his/her brother/sister's sharingan and thus,a new version is born....The eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
With this version,the user has the same or even greater power than with the Mangekyou sharingan and there is no risk at all,since this new sharingan will not become blind,making it the ultimate Dojutsu.This version usually looks like a mixture of both,the user's original MS and the brother's MS.

Jinbei gets punched,unable to defend in order to keep his promise to his sensei;He would not defend,even if he died.Instead of focusing on the punches,he focused as hard as possible on his eyes,attempting to cut short his suffering as much as possible.

And when the spear is fully formed, my clones form an opening on you and i throw the spear at u. shocking you completely/to the maximum that i think a normal sannin can take to aid in activating their sharingan.

Now, jin jin, u must use this pain you are feeling to activate the sharingan in your eyes, use the pain to make your chakra flow faster than it usually does to the eyes to make the sharingan appear. hopefully, this will be the only thing it takes...ive had harder ones, who have had to take a world more of hurt.

what we're doing is

First training session: The student will begin with his/her Sharingan activated. The Sensei will be focused into teaching Sharingan's tracking abilities, by hiding himself/herself in diferent terrains such as at the bottom of the Lake, between trees deep into the forest, underground, in a Rocky Environment and dessert. The student will have to find his/her sensei's location using only his Sharingan, by seeking out chakra signals, heat source, the slightest moves.
