Toriyama Reveals The Secret Behind Becoming Super Saiyan

Question) Can any1 become a super saiyan as long as they train?

Toriyama) Not every1 can become a super saiyan even if they use anger & training. To become a super saiyan, S-Cells in their body are required.
When these S-Cells reach a certain amount, one can use anger as a trigger to increase the S-cells in their body & transform into a super saiyan. Although almost every saiyan has S-Cells in their body, most just don't have enough.

The reason Goten & Trunks were able to turn into a super saiyan relatively easily is because they inherited enough S-Cells from their fathers. Also, the environment of planet earth which is calmer than Vegeta helped them.

Question) How to increase these S-Cells which are important to gain the super saiyan transformation?

Having a gentle heart is the best way to increase S-Cells in one's body, but most saiyans are not good at that, that's why most saiyans were not able to achieve the nessasary S-Cells , Resultin in super saiyans not appearing for a long time & becoming a long lost legend. Furthermore, They also need to achieve certain amount of power level for the transformation.
With all things considered, you can see why Son Goku was able to transform into a super saiyan..

Question) Is the "Lengendary Super Saiyan" That Frieza was scared of, & the super saiyan god who was mentioned in "Battle Of Gods" the same person?.

In a way, they're indeed the same person. Well, a long time ago, before the saiyans were living on planet Vegeta, there was a saiyan with a righteous heart, A man named Yamoshi, who with 5 friends turned against every1, and were then cornerd by other warriors. Resulting in him becoming a super saiyan for the first time which surprised the other saiyans because the transformation lead him to display a terrifying way of battle. After awhile, Yamoshi ran out of energy an was defeated by being overwhelmed by the large number of his opponents & thus it gave birth to the legend. Afterwards, his soul wandered in search for 6 saiyans with a righteous heart. Looking for a new saviour, The super saiyan god..

Question) & The Super Sasiyan God That Beerus Was Looking For Was..?

Beerus reacted to Yamoshi's spirit an caught the information in his "dreams about the prophecy".. I guess. Furthermore, this legend was mentioned in the Namekian Book Of Legends because the elder Namekian responded to Yamoshi's soul at the time..

It could be the power lvl too.. Gohan was strong but his S-Cells were not active until a teen.. Trunks & Goten where born while their fathers had activated way more S-Cells for their kids to transform with ease. The fact that they had pure hearts too could play a big roll.. Goten & Trunks are stronger that Vegeta an Son at their age an even Gohan..
I think it has alot to do with control too..

Not really, this guy was someone who rebelled against the Saiyan race and lost in the end...he didn't take over the group. So, the 'royals' shouldn't be his descendants. All this righteous heart stuff sounds like the Son family...Goku has it, Gohan has it, Goten has it, and Goku's Mother was revealed to have a kind heart. Vegeta is descendant from the evil saiyans...that is why everything is so hard for him to achieve compared to Goku...S-cells explain everything.

Yamoshi looks to have hair bangs when you see his profile from the side.
So in that sense he does not have the Vegeta look.

Maybe he inherited less S-cells from Goku than Goten, as Goku was younger when Gohan was born?
