Franky was adjusting his spandex underwear cause his little akimichi was annoyingly being shifted in discomforting positions every few minutes while Franky was pacing back on forth as he awaits the arrival of his sensei. Franky was so focused on adjusting his underwear to his comfort that he didn't notice that his sensei had arrived until he heard her voice from behind. Franky quickly raised his hands up and turned around frantically with his face red with embarrassment. "Hey, I know from behind this might look like what you thought I might have been doing, but I can assure you that what you thought I might have been doing was most definitely not what you thought I might have been doing." Franky nervously laughed and smiled as he hopes his new sensei doesn't drop him for being a creep.
Franky breathe a sigh of relief when his sensei asked what he was here for and just ignored what she just witnessed. "Well, my no good father was too lazy to teach me the hidden techniques of the Akimichi clan, so he instead sent me out here in Iwagakure to learn from one of the best there is he descried. However, I have a question about you and I hope you don't get too offended, but you seem to be too slender for someone who is said to be hailed from the Akimichi clan. I guess my father got hypnotized by your beauty and mistaken you for someone else. Hopefully I'm wrong because I don't know anybody else who could teach my clan's techniques."

The Akimichi clan is one of the four noble clans of Konoha (Aburame, Uchiha, and Hyuga) and are known for their great physical strength and their ability to convert calories into chakra. They can also expand portions of their body for various techniques that are unique to them. That's about it.

We will do some practical excersize to get this started. Sit down and feel your calories within your body. Then try to feel the flow of your chakra flowing throughout your body. Try to get use the calories and convert them into chakra, try to convert them into normal chakra and tell me how you feel

Boring
Franky sat on the ground, legs crossed, and got in a meditative state where he could focus on converting his calories to chakra. I feel the calories throughout my body, and then I focused on my chakra flow to mix with my calories to begin the process. The process was long but successful, and Franky could have felt the abundance of chakra he just created.
I feel gassy, and hungry, but mostly gassy.

Good! Now do you see that three in front of you? "points at the three in front og you" Ofcourse you do, if not then you'd need a different set of training after this but either way, from where you stand, which is about 6m apart. Break the tree in half without moving from your current spot. The previous excersize shall help you in this regard.

Anyways, Franky listened to his sensei's instructions and understood what she wanted him to do. He flexed his bicep and started focusing on converting the calories in his arm to chakra. After he completed the process, he swung his right arm forward and it instantly expanded until his fist connected with the tree in front of him. This force behind the punch was enough to split the tree and cause the upper half to fall forward, but luckily it wasn't tall enough for it to land on Franky.
