Itachi can use full susanoo, deidara is C4 micro bombs, kisame can merge w samaheda, all paths of pain can be used, kakuzu has all 5 hearts -- including the water one, sasori uses himself and his 100 puppets, hidan is put back together, and uhh konan has her uhhh paper bombs

In all honesty i think it would be too unfair if naruto could go into bijuu mode it would be a totally different battle however he can still go into 6 tails mode. same with sasuke having an EMS. naruto would have sage mode, uncontrollable nine tails chakra, sasuke would have amaterasu and susanoo, kakashi spams raikiri and kamui, guy and lee open gates, ino shika cho form, and everyone just "does them"

i say without naruto and sasuke in their current forms id say akatuski wins, Who do you think wins?
