As much as I like the Akatsuki, there's no chance for them against that team. Minato, Tobirama and Hashirama togethers is too much.
Though Itachi, Nagato and Kisame wouldn't go down too easy.

There are 2 legendary shinobi vs 3 legendary shinobi ....
Uchiha Itachi & Uzumaki Nagato vs Minato, Hashirama & Hiruzen ... so i think, 2nd team would win. The rest of Akatsuki and Team2 can't do anything... and Jiraiya = Orochimaru .

Hashirama could easily beat half of them with BM Minato Tsunade and Tobirama it's a overkill.
