We don't know the full extent of the powers of the 2,4,5,6, and 7th hosts so nothing can be said about those fights.

Gaara would have lost against Nagato/Pain because he'd have no knowledge of his abilities prior to the fight

Tobi could easily capture Naruto. Naruto cannot sense negative emotions in Sage Mode. He'd fall victim to Tobi's Space-Time technique
