I have faith in Konan (obviously) but Sasori literally kidnapped and killed the 3rd Kazekage at age 15 among other crazy accomplishments. Sasori doesn't need prep time for his puppets, they're in his scroll. Konan was making bombs since right after the Invasion of Konaha, that's prep.
