im not sure about cheating what, but if you mean:
cheat their place on fingers = 2, two zetsu and obito/saosori...
cheat of being not there = pain...
cheat their place in later version of akatsuki = yahiko..

Yes but inside him it was confirmed that the "Silly" tobi and the "madara voice" tobi was actually spiral zetsu. (Even tho obito was the one talking.. zetsu was changing his voice)
I dont want to search for evidences right now but if u want u can do it alone.
