Well it depends on what you mean my man .. if you mean pure strength wise ... ya itachi and kisame or pain and konan.. but Strongest together ..idk Kakuzu and Hidan had some pretty unstoppable chemistry .. none of the other teams really showed that they could fight together well

If kishi actually gave hidan the power's he planned on they would of been bad ass
