the only question I have is whether Obito gets the previous jinchuuriki paths he had at the beginning of his fight versus Naruto and Bee. If Obito doesn't have them then I say Konoha low diff

Two rds-s and Hashi cancels out Madara and Obito, and then the rest of Akatsuki is cake for Konoha.

Gai takes Kisame, Itachi trolls Zetsu and Hidan with amaterasu, and can take Deidara too. Minato seals Edo Madara (smartest thing I'd ever see him do) then Minato takes Obito (REALLY REALLY high-diff, in all reality I see Obito winning mid-diff but hey, I can't have Minato die so easily) and dies after (he should have died after sealing Madara, but he's the "Yondaime Hokage" so he has that going for him). Hashirama fodderizes Kakuzu. Jiraiya takes Konan. The rest of Konoha proceeds to troll on Nagato, and then Mito seals him. Sasori gets fodderized by Hashirama/Tobirama duo.

It is hard to say if Pain starts out with Shinra Tensei then that takes out almost everone except the K11, Minato, Kakashi, Gai Tobirama, Itachi Hashirama, and Hiruzen. So I'm assuming that Tsunade used her power and Katsuyu to save people from dying.

So now you have

With Shinra Tensei it is unknown just who would be affected an how they were affected so I'm going to assume everyone ended up how they were after the Tensei....mostly meaning that Shikamaru has a broken leg.

Match Winners:

1. Unknown....With Madara being himself and Hashirama I honestly don't know who wins

2. Kakahsi and Minato....but more than likely Kakashi is out for the rest of the fighting

3. Most likely Gai based on history...but Gai is obviously done due to the gates

4. Kiba...Black Zetsu may have Mokuton, but Kiba has been seen capable of drilling through trees...also Zetsu isn't a strong fighter

5. Hinata and Shino. Konan and Shino are both stratagests, but the Byakugan plus the insects beats out Konan in my opinion.

6. Deidara. They really don't have anything to stop him once he starts going rediculous with the Uber Explosives...

7. Itachi and Sakura....probably leading to Sakura or Itachi done (considering the low chakra reserves for Itachi)

8. Undecided. With Shikamaru crippled it is possible that Choji can't effectively use his butterfly mode if he has to keep him safe.

9. Lee. He has access to the Gates...he would be able to move fast enough and then proceed to decapitate Hidan

10. Naruto and Hiruzen...but due to Hiruzen's Ninjutsu reliance he most likely ends up being a distraction for Naruto. He would be done fighting after this.

So really Konoha has the advantage except for two real problems.....

1. C0....If Deidara decides that it is game over....he can clear the field. He would most likely go over to where stronger combatants are.

2. Madara's Meteor technique....Same concept as Deidara....except if he is an Edo he has no drawbacks.

This would be an incredibly insane fight. Adding all of the Hokage's really gives Konoha an edge in this fight. Then again, Edo Madara is way OP as well as the fact that Deidara could go sucidal at any given time.

Obito vs Tobirama, Minato, and Kakashi (S/T or Kamui users). Obito gets raped, plain and simple. If a Kakashi/Naruto combo could outsmart him, this just isn't fair (the creator of the Rasengan and the creator of Edo Tensei, both S/T users too?). Minato seals all 6 jinchuuriki at the cost of his life after all three of them defeat Obito.

Kisame vs Gai (original fight). Kisame doesn't have water near him? He gets beaten so much quicker than he did before.

Zetsu vs Itachi (just because). Amaterasu, gg.

Deidara vs Itachi (once again, just because). Horrible match-up for Deidara. From what we can tell, the only person who's beaten him worse than Itachi has is Sasuke whereas Sasuke was tryharding and Itachi was being merciful. Imagine Itachi with the intent to kill.

Kakuzu vs Hashirama (repeat). Kakuzu blindly charges Hashirama out of rage, he gets fodderized. Simple and clean.

Hidan vs Itachi (just because). Amaterasu, gg.

Adding Sasuke and Kabuto makes little difference.

As Sasuke's fighting on Akatsuki's side, Itachi finally realizes there is no hope for him and seals him with Sword of Totsuka. GG.

DSM Kabuto would need prep time for his Edo Tensei, which is cheating. Hashirama and Tobirama can both cast a genjutsu that even the Sandaime Hokage couldn't get out of, so I don't see DSM Kabuto getting out of it that easily. If he can, then Minato just uses the Will of Fire to take one more person with himself to the grave before dying.
