Real hard to pick this one, I'd have to go with Pain & Konan.

Itachi and Kisame are the best duo in my opinion, they both have their own unique skills and lets not forget Pain's biggest weakness which at the same time is Itachi's best skill, genjutsu.

I'd say nagato and konan. if everyone was on their own I'd say kisame with his stamina (samehada) but itachi's stamina so far is the weakest among them all. he won't be able stand for long in that battlefield.

on the other hand both nagato and konan are able to "fly" (in a way) and in a battle like this flying is one of the deciding factors so I'll say those two can last the longest
